Terms of Use
1. Reservations and deposits- Deposit required for stays exceeding three days - 30% of the total rental price, but not less than 50 BGN
- Payment of the deposit shall be made in advance in cash, bank transfer, Western Union or money order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of your arrival.
2. Payment
- Rental price is payable in cash at the time of arrival. You can pay in Euro or Bulgarian leva.
3. Arrival
- On the day of your arrival the apartment will be open after 13.30 hours. If for some reason is able to arrive earlier, please warn us in advance in order to try to rid the studio and prepare in advance for you.
4. Departure
- The studio is issued in 12.00 h on the day of departure. If leaving later than 12:00 please warn us in advance and will try to extend your stay for a few hours (but no more than 4ch.) And where the next wanting to rent an apartment not arrive earlier in the day. < br>
5. Rules studio
- Please keep the studio and equipment, and use them as intended.
- Please, respect our neighbors. Refrain from lifting the noise and antisocial behavior.
- Damages to be paid!
